The single-oriented fair-face masonry building with a rectangular floor plan with a polygonal finish. The axis of the front tower and the north side of the building annex sacristy. Valuable architecture of fair-face masonry preserved its intact interior decor, which includes a unique rendition of a metal screw-down stairs. The chapel is a prominent example of enduring architecture and late historicism in Silesia.
